The short version: this app collects no personal data and has no accounts, advertising, or cross-app tracking. It does send anonymous, aggregate usage analytics so we can see how the app is used and improve it – and you can turn that off in Settings.
To understand how the app is used – which features are popular, how many people open the app, whether new users come back – we collect anonymous, aggregate usage data: in-app events (for example, “a drill set was started”), your app version, device model, operating system, and an approximate region derived from your IP address. This is processed by PostHog on servers in the European Union and tied only to a random per-install identifier – never to your name, email, or any identity. We do not collect your precise location, contacts, or photos, we show no ads, and we never track you across other apps or websites.
Open Settings → Privacy and switch off “Share anonymous analytics.” The app works exactly the same with it off.
Your drill history, statistics, trends, and settings are stored locally on your device only. We cannot see them, and they are not part of the analytics above. They are removed if you reset your statistics in Settings or delete the app, and they are included in your own device backups (e.g. iCloud) under your control.
If you subscribe, the purchase is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. Apple processes your payment – we never see or store your payment details. The app only learns whether an active subscription exists so it can unlock unlimited drills; this status is not tied to any identity we hold.
The app contains no advertising and no cross-app tracking SDKs. We never sell or rent your data. The only third party that receives the anonymous analytics is PostHog, which processes it on our behalf in the EU; for subscriptions, Apple processes payment.
This app simulates poker decisions and carries a mature age rating. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children or anyone else.
If a future version of the app changes what it collects, we will update this policy and the date above before that version ships.
